Whale on the beach

A stray whale is dying on the beach.No military guys want to help although
the fishermen need their help with all the equipment
to save the whale.浜辺に打ち上げられたクジラさんが死にそう。
こういう時こそ、日本軍が助ければいいのに、何もしない。
