In France, it's the most expensive. Then, UK.
Japan was ranked the lowest among the
" developed " countries.
Japanese government care only about making
money and don't care about people.
Japan is not " developed " and not even
" developing ".
The price of cheap cigarettes in Japan is
its dark future.
