Hello Eiji,
Here are some pictures from walking around
in the morning at the Onsen.
1. Police with his dog patrolling in the morning.
He says he does this from 7 am to 8:30 every day.
Nice friendly guy too.
2. Staff a neigbouring onsen go to great efforts
to make the guests feel honored and all wave
goodbye to the bus in the morning,
but in front of their ryokon is a beautiful beach with
an old rusty refrigerator.
Gives me the impression that things on the surface
only matter to them.
3 The city puts up nice threatening signs about
fining people to not litter,
but contradict themselves by not providing any
garbage cans or patrol on the beach.
