During the War Two, Danish people & the government protected Jewish people. Eventually the number of Danish Jewish people who were taken to a camp was one while many many thousands of Jewish were taken away from other neighboring countries.
Right now in year 2007, the Danish government is inviting a number of Iraqi translators and interpreters who worked for the invading militaries to Denmark. They provide them everything they need including language education, medical, housing services etc.
I will be eating more Danish Rolls and may buy Danish chairs and a table.
I also want to move to Copenhagen and learn to be a better person.
Thank you, Denmark for showing true humanitarian actions.
"Babette's Feast" from Denmark is my favorite movie and the film shows their nice character too.
Tak (=Thank you),
